I contacted Melissa after learning about the Heliosol technique and finding her contact info on the Helio sol website. Helio Sol is one of the techniques she used at our session. She has a calm compassionate energy that came across right away in my very first session with her. She guided me in that session to explore answers to some of my health challenges. She is incredibly intuitive and was able to help me unearth some deeply held traumas and beliefs. She used a combination of body talk, Helio sol and other techniques to guide me through the process. At the end of the session she gave me some advice on how to support myself as I continue to heal. I found these very helpful. She also helped my 4 yr old son with some birth/emotional traumas that he was holding. This was done through me. He felt some relief from his physical symptoms that very night. She enabled me with simple but very powerful tools to address my health challenges. I definitely felt a shift in my physical symptoms after my sessions with her but more importantly I feel less anxiety and more empowered to slowly and continually heal with the methods she taught me. I have learnt to see my pain as a messenger and use it as a reminder to care for myself better rather than push it away or deny it. I couldn't recommend her enough!
