Per doctor’s order some require pureed, mechanical soft and or thickened liquids, low sodium and sugar free. These options are also provided with desserts.

Families can experience a change in pricing when there is a change of condition. There are different levels for the Care Plan, Medications and our Continence Program. Also, the annual suite increase. Families will be notified and informed after all Care Plan reviews; discussion of fiscal increase will be had at that time. Thirty-day written notification for suite changes when applicable.

Every resident has their own Individualized Care Plan (ICP). This is developed through the initial assessment evaluation performed by our Wellness Team prior to each move-in. Second Care Plan review is completed in fourteen days, then quarterly unless there is a change in condition. This is to ensure every resident is receiving the proper care according to their needs. Families and residents are involved with each Care Plan review.

    The people are absolutely wonderful. Very caring, loving and so helpful. ❤️ The first time I was there I knew it was the right spot for my dad. We felt very comfortable and at home.

    The staff at Sunrise are SO full of love. I stopped in briefly recently and from the moment I stepped in, until the moment I left all you could feel was love. You know your family is in good hands when the staff is doing everything in their power to get all their “business” work done and they still take time to chat and build meaningful relationships and trust with their residents. I just have one word. Wow. Thank you

    I have the Awesome Pleasure of knowing the staff at Sunrise FH and they all go above and beyond to provide extraordinary care for all residents staying!     Warm and caring Staff. Front desk staff always makes visitors feel welcome. Residents are well cared for, not neglected. Homey atmosphere. I highly recommend this Assisted Living Facility.
